This is a photogenic mountain in Langtang valley whose spectacular views can be seen even from Kathmandu valley. Officially measured to be 6966 m, this mountain has an elegant, pyramid-shaped figure. A Japanese expedition, in the late 1960s, was the first to successfully climb this peakfrom the west ridge. The trail starts form Syabrubesi and moves towards Langtang valley to finally reach Dorje Lakhpa Peak. As per the climate, we set up two alternative camps: one at the altitude of 5400m and the other at the altitude of 6100m.
